The Klarus XT12R is a powerful tactical flashlight developed for professional duty use and demanding applications. The flashlight is constructed from impact-resistant aluminium, delivers up to 2000 lumens and offers an impressive beam distance of up to 500 metres. The dual Tactical Tail Switch provides quick access to both constant light and STROBE.

The XT12R charges conveniently via USB-C and can also be charged using a power bank when access to a standard wall outlet or a 12 V vehicle socket is unavailable.

The switch is designed for simple and intuitive operation, even when wearing gloves. The Dual Tactical Tail Switch provides direct access to several output modes, including constant light, momentary light, Moonlight and STROBE. Three quick clicks activate the lockout function to prevent accidental activation.

The Klarus XT12R uses a reliable LED and features built-in 5-way protection against overheating, overcharging and other potential issues. The construction is designed for reliable operation even in rain and other wet environments.

In addition to a rechargeable 18650 battery, the XT12R can also be powered by 2 x CR123A batteries, providing additional flexibility when charging is unavailable. The flashlight is tested for operation in temperatures ranging from -25 °C to +60 °C.
