Buyers conditions

To purchase paintball markers, airsoft guns, air guns or knives the buyer must be 18 years of age.

 

Terms of delivery within Sweden

Delivery time spans from 2-5 work days depending on way of freight. Orders are packed and sent the next coming work day, so long as the product is in stock. Our ambition is that orders placed before 12:00 are packed and sent the same day. Should a product turn out to be out of stock or is an order item we will seek contact with you either through phone or e-mail. With every order you automatically receive an order confirmation through our webshop. Our order are either sent with DHL or Postnord within Sweden, or Postnord to countries abroad. You may also choose to pick your order up at our store.

Facts and prices are presented with reservation for errors regarding prints and products being out of stock.

The store reserves the right to change product prices and campaings without prior advertising.

Orders that are not claimed will be charged for freight cost to-and-back, CoD-fees as well as a workload-fee of 200 SEK (roughly 20€). Should these charges be neglected they will be handled through the Senior Enforcement Officer.

Deliveries

Postnord Mypack: Usually delivers within 2-3 work days. When the order is sent you’ll receive a tracking number through e-mail.

Postnord recommended letter: Is usually delivered after 1 work day. This way of freight is best suited for smaller orders.

DHL Servicepoint: Delivery within 2-5 work days.

DHL Parcel: This way of freight is mainly to be used by other companies in agreement with us directly.

Warranties

Warranties apply according to each of our supplier/production companies conditions. Alternatively through the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act. In order to approve a warrant- or reclamation errand the receipt for the purchased product must be included.

 

Always contact our customer service regarding warranties.

 

Purchase on approval & right of exchange

We accept purchase on approval within 14 days and 30 days right of exchange for undamaged products out of our ordinary selection from the day that you received your order so long as the product itself and its original container are still in mint condition. To either return or exchange a product the customer will be responsible to pay for eventual extra freight costs.

Your receipt and customer information should always be attached when returning purchases. Note that both the product and its original container both need to be in mind-condition.

Always contact our customer service regarding returns or use of the right of exchange.

All false orders and fraudulent claims will be reported to the police.

Deliveries abroad

Orders are either sent with through swedish post or DHL. The delivery timer anges from 3-6 work days.

Payment is done either through pre-payment, credit card, payson or paypal.

 

Regarding orders to Norway and other countries outside of the EU:

No moms is payed at the time of the purchase. Moms and toll are added and charged from each countries own Customs administration.

Special orders

For paintball parks, associations and other organisations we are happy to present offers for larger orders of paintballs, markers, clothings etc. Should you be interested, please contact our customer service.

Sharing personal information

The company will never share a customers personal information with a third party so long as the customers has not explicitly given their approval of this in conjunction of giving the information to the company or clarifying this at a later date.

What’s considered personal information?

This includes personal information such as name, e-mail adress, physical adress, telephone number, products or services that you’ve bought as well as information that is automatically stored through visiting our website, such as IP-adresses, version of your browser, operating system, which web address that further directed you to us, date and time etc.

 

Anti spam policy

The company does not take part in sending so called SPAM-messages. As our customer you may receive e-mails regarding your order, payment or other communication initiated with us (e.g. errands with our customer service). You may also receive newsletters as well as special offers with which we hope to strengthen our relations with you as our customer.

E-mails from third parts or regarding products or services not directly related to our business will not occur. With any eventual, atuomatic dispatches the customer will always have the oppurtunity to unregister yourself from further dispatches through a link in each e-mail. This can easily be done without the customer having to log in or anything of the like.

 

Acceptance of our terms is done in conjunction with completing an order.
