The Silva 4-6400/360 Expedtition 4 compass is the compass for experienced navigators - used by NATO forces around the world. Mainly used by the infantry as the soldier's or officer's compass. The compass measures scale for positioning in mils and degrees (6400/360). The compass has a luminous graduation ring and markings for compass reading in the dark. Once activated by daylight or flashlight, it provides up to 4 hours of light in the dark. This simplifies dark navigation.
